The DMS Razsor Technology Team is responsible for the delivery of applications and solutions to support Trader Media Digital's business customers in areas covering business and digital marketing.
As part of the DMS Razsor Technology team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong agile business analysis experience who can own and manage the delivery of project business requirements from concept through to production.
You will lead the analysis activities on our key projects for Razsor and be responsible for eliciting user stories from Product Owners and Stakeholders, ensuring that these are aligned with business and IT goals and strategies. You will ensure that solutions remain pragmatic and focused to business goals throughout the software delivery life cycle, and will work alongside developers and testers to ensure user stories are delivered to production as specified. You will have extensive experience of working as a key part of an agile product development team, frequently delivering business value as part of a digital media, eCommerce or similar online business.
Candidate Requirements
We need our next Senior Business Analyst to be able to demonstrate the following essential agile analysis skills and attitudes:
?Be comfortable and familiar with working on highly collaborative agile projects and have an excellent understanding of agile analysis techniques.
?Own, lead and manage the delivery of business requirements from initial capture through to release.
?Be able to plan and facilitate user story/requirements capture workshops with project team & senior stakeholders.
?Analyse and document user stories at various levels of granularity (from goals and epics down to user story specifications).
?Be able to identify and articulate pragmatic solutions that are aligned with business goals.
?Articulate the scope of a project, to product and technology stakeholders.
?Ability to challenge requirements & effectively influence others of all levels of seniority.
?Facilitate estimation and prioritisation sessions.
?Continuously assess and improve agile analysis approaches
?Be customer focussed, commercially aware & preferably possess awareness of website technologies, website reporting (Web Analytics, Google Analytics) and search engine optimisation principles.
You will also hold strogn demonstratable Business Analyst experience gained in a software delivery/digital environment
