?Abstract? Eleventh Five-year Plan demonstrates the construction of socialist new country. To carry out the task, it is a very important step for us to innovate and perfect rural financial service system and promote harmonious development of political finance and commercial finance to achieve strong back to agriculture financially. My thesis tries to make research on the coordination political finance and commercial finance of China from two factors of theory and practice and brings out corresponding suggestions.Firstly, the thesis brings out the definitions, characteristics, domains and necessity of commercial finance and political finance in our country. Then describe the relation of the two kinds of different finance historically from the theory of Restrain on Finance, Liberalization of Finance to Imperfect Market. Lastly, reveal the inner relationship of them. After the demonstration of theory, the thesis points out the problem of disagreement between them with a glimpse on the history of rural finance. Then we analyze the two cases, the one is to deal with the problem of farmer credit in Capital rural area and the other is A.B.C.?s dilemma on market target. At last, the main suggestion of the thesis is that we must combine political finance and commercial finance perfectly by the way of absorbing commercial finance on the basis of good rural financial environment driven by political finance and operation of political finance by commercialization.
